ESCAP Regional Adviser on DRR discusses topic of leveraging ICT and SME's Resilience in Central Asia

ESCAP Regional Adviser on DRR discussed the topic of leveraging ICT and SME's Resilience in Central Asia region at a regional workshop on resilient ICT connectivity for the knowledge-based economy, SDGs and the WSIS Goals. This was held in conjunction with the 8th Session of SPECA thematic working group on Knowledge-based Development, held at the Center for Emergency Situation and Disaster Risk Reduction in Almaty, Kazakhstan from 20-22 September 2016.
